Ah, moving.  Sounds like good idea until you find yourself up to your ears in newspaper and dust bunnies schlepping boxes to and fro. Fortunately the pain does eventually fade away, and then it’s time to celebrate a new home!  One adorable duo was able to tear themselves away from paint swatches and fabric samples long enough to commission LLB Designs to create change of address cards for their gorgeous new home in Dallas, TX.  A cheerful color palette and a simplified, stylized illustration of the new home by designer Laura Lee Daigle all came together for a fun little announcement. Matching curry colored envelopes completed the look and the simple shape and one-sided printing kept the project easy to produce and budget friendly.

This colorful invitation was created for a fiesta-themed couples shower in Dallas, Texas, when only a co-ed party involving plenty of margaritas would do.  The bride and groom are such fun people that creating an invitation around their fun-loving personality was definitely a must.  A custom illustration of the stylish couple, along with their salt ‘n peppa schnauzer Gracie decked out the invites and set the tone for a great evening out with friends, food, and more than a little fun. Ole!

Personality is such an important part of any brand, and this is particularly true for young companies that need to get a lot of mileage from everything they do. The logo, fonts and colors should all be created to portray the company’s voice, and then used consistently throughout collateral to establish a firm and professional identity around the company name. This will give the brand, and the company itself, a personality all of its own.
